Entities Obligations

      ·         To sign an internship protocol with AICEP defining the purpose of the internship.

·         To develop and implement a training plan to take place both in Portugal (when applicable) and abroad. The entity, as stated on the application form, must propose the intended academic training;

·         To appoint a person responsible for the internship, both in Portugal or abroad, who can fully monitor the intern from the first day and undertake a serious and regular analysis / assessment of the fulfilment of the proposed Internship Plan;

·         To guarantee the necessary working conditions for the good performance of the duties allocated to the intern, both in Portugal and abroad, namely a computer on loan and internet access;

·         Provide the intern with a fixed place of work in the company’s own premises;

·         To approve the training timesheet submitted by the trainee each month;

·         To submit to aicep Portugal Global interim assessment reports in respect of the intern’s performance and level of fulfilment of the training plan;

·         To submit to aicep Portugal Global, at the end of the internship, an overall assessment;

·         To inform aicep Portugal Global any change to the proposed and accepted training plan;

·         To inform aicep Portugal Global whenever there is any impossibility of conducting the internship;

·         To inform aicep Portugal Global two months in advance, whenever there is, on the part of the company, the possibility of an interruption of the internship, in particular due to closure during the holiday period.

I read and accept the above mentioned conditions;

I hereby authorize that the entity and personal data given on this application form can be used by AICEP within the purpose of the Inov Contacto Program. The data can also be given to other entities, whenever AICEP considers that there is a benefit for the entity or public interest.

This data can be used and filed on AICEP’s database for an undetermined period of time. The owner of the data can express its opposition as determined by the article12º of the Law 67/98 from October 26.
